S A N J O A U I Environmental Health Department <br /> 0UNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> F-FD ORCHARDS 21360 E WALNUT DR LINDEN September 01 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site without complete hazardous waste <br /> labels: one 55-gallon container of gasoline and diesel mixture(which according to Mr. Debenedetti was generated in <br /> the early 2020), one 55-gallon container of gasoline and diesel mixture(which according to Mr. Debenedetti was <br /> generated in early 2019), and one black metal 55-gallon container labeled as"used oil' but lacking the remaining <br /> labeling information. All these containers were stored in the hazardous waste accumulation storage area located <br /> adjacent to the above ground fuel tanks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: 1)the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", 2) name and address of generator,3) hazardous properties,4) physical state (liquid or <br /> solid), 5) composition(contents), and 6) accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
