CHEF ALLEGEDLY HAS COVID AND <br /> IS CURRENTLY IN QUARANTINE, BUT THE OWNER WHO HAS BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE CHEF IS <br /> STILL WORKING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the owner in regard to the complaint.The owner stated that the baby shower was hosted at the <br /> facility, but everyone was asked to wear a mask, practice social distancing and the event held outside of the facility. He <br /> continued to state that food was prepared and handed to the guest in to-go containers while the guest at outside and only <br /> came into the facility to use the restroom. I then spoke to the chef and stated if the what the complaint stated was true.The <br /> chef began by saying that he first when to the doctor due to eye problems,while there he stated to experience chest pains <br /> and told his doctor. From there he was tested and his results stated he was positive for the virus. He was then quarantined at <br /> the hospital for 5 days before being sent home and quarantined for an additional 8 days.
