I would like to know if this could be used as an example of what is required so that I can use it to illustrate the requirements to the manufacturers and their reps. Is this on the right track?" Emailed Mel back with a sample of a ul listing for OPW drop tube and compatibility information and the following information: "During our UST plans review we need to make sure that all proposed components that come in contact with fuel have a written approval from an independent testing organization, etc. (a print out of the first page showing part and listing will be sufficient as well as an indication that they are compatible with fuels like gasoline and diesel).As far as the document that you provided, I don't see anywhere inside that this listing is for Xerxes, so unfortunately this may not be sufficient. Please see attached sample OPW listing with includes the listing and its compatibility with flammable petroleum products. I hope that answers your question, please don't hesitate to call me if you have any questions." 02/19/2019 Reviewed an email received from Mel Higginbotham PE 2303 MANZO 12 min <mhigginbotham@pmdginc.com>with Xerxes UL listing asking if this is SC 031 acceptable, emailed him back indicating that it was acceptable. 04/02/2019 Received an email from Mel Higginbotham <mhigginbotham@pmdginc.com>with PE 2303 MANZO 18 min sample XERXES tank cut sheets asking if these will work, reviewed, replied to his SC 031 email indicating that they will be acceptable and to include them in his re submittal. 06/18/2019 Received an email from Chris Brown <cbrown@pmdginc.com> asking for the PE 2303 MANZO 24 min permit review approval status. Chris indicated that a submittal was made on SC 031 5-24-2019, looked through all the emails couldn't find the submittal in question. Responded to Chriss, cc to Stacy Rivera: I apologize I do not see any emails that came from you on 5-24-2019. We received submittals on 5-20-2019 (from engel.molina@yahoo.com) and 5-28-2019 (from engel.molina@yahoo.com), however, I don't see anything from 5-24-219. Also, due to unusually large number of UST permit applications received by our office, I am not sure how soon we will be able to complete our review; all applications and their revision iterations are being reviewed in the order they were received and we have several applications which are in front of this one. Please forward me your email from 5-24-2019 with all the attachments and I will attach them to your permit application. I am including Stacy Rivera with our office on this email, going forward she will be overseeing this project's approval and implementation. 06/18/2019 Received an email from Chris Brown <cbrown@pmdginc.com> asking for the PE 2303 MANZO 12 min permit approval status indicating that a mailing was sent to our office on SC 031 5-24-2019, looked for the sent package.
