Demonstrate current storage and labeling for wastes determined to be <br /> hazardous wastes. Provide disposal records for wastes determined to be hazardous wastes and stored longer than <br /> the number of days specified in Title 22 CCR for your hazardous waste generator status. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and <br /> the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility.A form was provided, at the time <br /> of inspection,that can be used for this purpose. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No emergency coordinator. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted <br /> at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise.
