No further <br /> action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The following minor violations were corrected on site: <br /> -A modified contingency plan was provided during the inspection and filled out. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used oil filters was observed in the hazardous waste storage area and was <br /> missing a hazardous waste label and was open. This was corrected on site. <br /> -Several used metal oil filters were observed in a box and on top of a 55 gallon drum in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area. This was corrected on site. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with a faded, <br /> unreadable hazardous waste label. This was corrected on site. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without <br /> generator name & address, hazardous properties, accumulation start date and physical state. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> -The secondary containment for the drum of used oil was observed with approximately an inch of used oil in the <br /> bottom. This was corrected on site. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of oily debris was observed outside the hazardous waste storage area with a <br /> faded, unreadable hazardous waste label. This was corrected on site. <br /> -An oil spill was observed on the ground outside the shop. This was cleaned up during the inspection. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report on 11/26/2019 which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
