And Yue Bik Leong Revocable Trust, Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Phase //Site Assessment Report for the
site located at 2401 West Turner Road, Lodi, California. The scope of work included the
advancement of four soil borings for collection of soil samples in all four borings (131
through 134) and soil-vapor samples in two borings (131 and 132). The location of the site,
site structures and soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 1.
INTRODUCTION
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment completed for the Sang G. And Yue Bik Leong
Revocable Trust by Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., dated 22 February 2013,
identified the following recognized environmental conditions (RECs):
• Woodlake Cleaners is a dry cleaning facility located at the property in Suite 220.
Woodlake Cleaners has operated as a dry cleaning facility since the property was
developed in 1987. Dry cleaning facilities typically utilize chlorinated solvents in the
dry cleaning process. These solvents are highly mobile and can potentially be
released into the environment even when properly stored.
Based upon the findings, AGE performed an environmental site assessment in the areas
of potential concern.
837 Shaw Road • Stockton,CA 95215
Telephone (209)467-1006 • Fax (209)467-11 18
