ARCADIS <br /> day operations of the project, including mobilizing staff, communicating budget, <br /> schedule, health and safety, and project coordination with the Quality <br /> Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer. <br /> ARCADIS Health and Safety (H&S) Officer: Mr. Anthony Tremblay. <br /> Mr. Tremblay will assist in the review of the HASP and advise on site-specific health <br /> and safety procedures. <br /> ARCADIS Quality Assurance Officer: Ms. Amy Goldberg Day, Principal <br /> Toxicologist. <br /> Ms. Goldberg Day will implement the project QA/QC program, provide data <br /> validation, and make recommendations to the ARCADIS project director and <br /> ARCADIS project manager on QA/QC issues. She will not be involved in the <br /> collection/analysis/ interpretation/reporting process except in a review capacity. Ms. <br /> Goldberg Day will work directly with Mr. Gibbs and Ms. Haines to ensure that the data <br /> quality objectives are met. Ms. Goldberg Day will be responsible for providing data <br /> evaluation and validation. <br /> ARCADIS Field Staff. To Be Determined. <br /> Field staff will provide field services including subcontractor oversight and sampling. <br /> Field staff will work directly with the ARCADIS task manager and subcontractors. <br /> ARCADIS' field staff has extensive field experience and is adept at interpreting work <br /> plans. Field staff will act as the Site Safety Officers while performing and overseeing <br /> fieldwork. <br /> California Department of Public Health-(CDPH-) Certified Subcontractor <br /> Laboratory: Curtis &Tompkins, Ltd.(C&T) or other qualified laboratory. <br /> C&T will analyze environmental media samples using appropriate methods. An <br /> equivalent laboratory may be substituted for this facility based on availability and costs <br /> of the analyses. <br /> C&T Laboratory Project Manager: Ms. Tracy Babjar. <br /> Ms. Babjar will report to ARCADIS' project manager on the aspects of the sample <br /> analyses. In addition, ARCADIS' project manager will be advised of matters related to <br /> data quality during the course of the PEA implementation. The analytical laboratory <br /> will comply with the QA and QC procedures outlined in the laboratory's QA Plan and <br /> the approved U.S. EPA methods of analyses. <br /> C&T Laboratory QA Director: Ms. Carolyn Brizzolara. <br /> Ms. Brizzolara is responsible for proactively managing the consistent, incremental <br /> improvement of C&T's services.
