ARCADIS
modifications. Modifications to the approved Work Plan will be documented in the field
logbook and in the PEA report.
If additional characterization of the Site, beyond that set forth in this Work Plan,
becomes necessary due to encountered conditions, an addendum to this Work Plan will
be prepared to document the encountered conditions and to provide the procedures and
rationale for the planned additional characterization.
5.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
A site-specific HASP has been prepared for the fieldwork portion of this PEA. This
HASP is presented in Appendix B. ARCADIS personnel and subcontractors supervised
by ARCADIS staff will be required to follow the procedures set forth in the HASP.
Independent subcontractors will be responsible for providing proper safety procedures
and monitoring for their own personnel.
6.0 PEA REPORT PREPARATION
A PEA report presenting the results of the overall investigation will be prepared. The
report will include site background and environmental setting information, field
procedures, presentation of field observations, and analytical results including
laboratory report sheets, data review results, a tabular summary of the analytical
results, screening evaluations for the analytes (reporting limits, CHHSLs, and ESLs for
COCs are provided in Attachments 1, 2, and 3 of the QAPP), and recommendations (as
appropriate).
7.0 PROPOSED WORK SCHEDULE
The proposed tentative major milestone dates for the completion of the tasks associated
with the PEA are as follows:
wp-PEA-Gordon-Jul10-RV009808.doc: Page 27
