The work was originally scheduled for the beginning of May. We had rushed a <br /> permit through the approval process and had received a verbal approval to go ahead with <br /> the work but the job was delayed by the DTSC. We have not received a hard copy of the <br /> permit and I believe you are still waiting to see the work plan and work plan approval letter <br /> from the DTSC. <br /> We are currently working with the DTSC to finalize the work plan and will forward it once it <br /> is approved. The field work is anticipated to begin in June. <br /> 5/25/2010 <br />
