Good afternoon,
Zuna had directed me to contact you when we were back in compliance with the violations she
had listed in our report.
This is for our facility located at 983 Moffat Blvd., Manteca, CA
Please find below a statement relating to our violations:
Item# 118: UST Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was uploaded to CERS on
7/22/19
Item# 201: SCT Re-test from 08-13-18 is being set to our technician to place onsite.
Item# 202: Facility Employee Training Certificate with CERS ID will be updated by our DO
during this month's DO inspection.
Item#209: I have spoken to our DO so we can make sure that the DO inspections are completed
properly, and signed on time. I would like to point out that the DO was unable to perform the
inspection within 30 days in January due to the Paradise fire. He lost his house and has had to
live at hotels and trailers since then. That was noted on his inspection as well.
Item # 301: Deflector plates were installed on 7/12/19 to prevent unauthorized releases.
Item# 306: Corrected onsite.
Item# 313 Fuel filter was tightened, and there is no more seepage.
Item# 314: Deflector plates were installed on 7/12/19 to prevent unauthorized releases.
Item# 320: Contractors had issues prior to October 13, 2018 understanding and scheduling
overfill prevention testing. While we had asked them to schedule testing prior to the deadline,
they were unable to test. We will make sure that our next OPV testing is done within 36 months
of 10/13/18.
I have also attached the Return to Compliance to this email. Please let me know if you have any
issues or questions.
Anais Maurel
Compliance Administrator
40
W&K 0`64-1
Flyers Energy, LLC
2360 Lindbergh St
