Remove the black spill container using an approved installation/extraction tool (T-7101 or T-7002 , Black) from Phil -Tite T-7043 Tool Kit . 7 . Inspect the 1/4" flat seal ( 85039 ) ( black spill container to M /F 4X4 riser adaptor seal ) for cuts or damage , replace if necessary . 8 . If there is no M /F 4X4 riser adaptor installed on top of the tank riser this could be the reason for failing TP-201 . 1 C or D performance test . Install a Phil -Tite M /F 4X4 Riser Adaptor. Note : Install only one ( 1 ) M/F 4X4 Riser adaptor per tank riser. Two or more on top of a single tank riser will cause test failures . 9 . Inspect the drop tube round seal for correct installation , cuts or damage , replace if necessary ( 85039- DT ) . Note : The drop tube seal must be hil -Titee s special round seal (85039- DT ) , Do Not use a standard ' 0 ' - Ring . 10 .
