ME <br /> Item 4: On your inspection report you noted that a copy of the overfill testing was not found <br /> onsite during the 09/20/2018 agency annual inspection. You requested that the test report be <br /> found and placed onsite. <br /> Resolution 4: A copy of the test report has been confirmed to be onsite once per month by the <br /> Designated operator since 10/01/2018 and was last confirmed to be onsite during the 10/11/2019 <br /> inspection. Due to the consistency of the onsite verification of the overfill test reports and the <br /> confirmation by the Designated operator on 10/11/2019, 7-Eleven believes that this violation was <br /> written in error and asks that it be rescinded. <br /> Item 5: During your inspection you noted that an approved copy of the response plan was not <br /> onsite. You requested that a copy be placed onsite. <br /> Resolution 5: The response plan was confirmed onsite by the RECS. A copy is available in <br /> CERS for your reference. <br /> This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all <br /> issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time.
