These requirements cannot be <br /> modified <br /> A Aqua|ified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying mAy potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical reaidueo, as well as potential point souroes, such as <br /> fueistorage tanks, septic systems, orchemical storage areas. The report shall besubmitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of $260 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department, <br /> Note: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has nsoek/ed a report. dated March 31. 2015 and it has <br /> been approved. <br /> B Asoil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> System Usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> recordation of Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1105.2(d'Q ,4 <br /> review fee of$650 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environ mental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the rnanua| of septic <br /> tank practice or E. /1*1. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system s` <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br />
