<br /> activities had been completed on September 14 (MSE, 2009e). SJCEHD finalized and
<br /> submitted Permit SR#0057924 to MSE on September 14, 2009. Attachment 5 to this report
<br /> provides a copy of this permit.
<br /> In accordance with Sections 13750 through 13754 (Division 7, Chapter 10, Article 3) of the
<br /> California Water Code, Well Completion Reports (DWR Form 188) will be submitted by RSI
<br /> to the California Department of Water Resources.
