DBA REFINERIES SERVICE, STANISLAUS COUNTY, EPA ID NUMBER <br /> CAD083166728 <br /> Enclosed is the signed final Hazardous Waste Facility Interim <br /> Status Document (ISD) for the Recycletron Oil Company dba <br /> Refineries Service, which is located at 13331 N. Highway 33 in <br /> Patterson, Stanislaus County. The attached document authorizes <br /> treatment of petroleum derivative hazardous wastes, subject to <br /> the terms and conditions set forth in it. Compliance with the <br /> attached ISD constitutes compliance with all the Hazardous Waste <br /> Interim Status requirements and conditions of Chapter 6. 5, <br /> Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code and Chapter <br /> - 30, Division 4 , Title 22, of the California Code of Regulations. <br /> By issuance of this ISD the Department of Health Services (DHS) <br /> acknowledges that the facility has interim status.
