UST Tank Information forms for are not current in CERS. -A tank form was submitted for a used oil tank. There is no used oil tank at this facility. -The tank forms for the 87, 91, and diesel tanks incorrectly state that the turbine sump is double-walled. The sumps on site are all single-walled. -The diesel tank form incorrectly states 'none'for vapor recovery primary containment. The diesel tank has a vapor bucket and vapor recovery piping. All other vapor recovery piping for the site is listed as single-walled fiberglass. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plans are not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -The monitoring plans for the 87, 91, and diesel tanks incorrectly list the monitoring panel as a TLS-350. The panel on site is a Simplicity. -The monitoring plans for the 87, 91, and diesel tanks incorrectly state the tank annulars are 'dry'. The annulars on site are liquid-filled. -The monitoring plans do not include a 'second person having responsibility'. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The map included annular spaces, but not annular sensors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
