We are still proceeding with the fill tube shut- off repair as well . The overfill prevention equipment inspection will be performed by a trained /experienced individual who understands the systems, is a CA Licensed Contractor ( A, C- 10, C-341 C-36, or C- 61 ( D40 ) per H &SC 25284 . 1 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( D ) ( ii ) and 23 CCR 2637 ( b ) ( 1 ) (A ) ) , has a current ICC CA UST Service Technician certificate, and is trained/certified on each component in the tank system being certified . Copies of the test results will be submitted to your office electronically after the inspection has been completed .
