In the scope of work (section 3 ), please specify what tank you would be working on. 2- Attached to this email is Service request page (the yellow page) the address listed on the form is 829 Corral Hallow Rd, Tracy 95376 . However in our records the address is listed as 15999 W Corral Hallow Rd, Tracy 95376 . Please provide the correct address . 3 - Tank charts for the tank that the work would be done on. 4- Calculation sheet for the 71 SO overfill valve that would be installing .
