Ensure that designed operators <br /> performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1)Monitoring in sump/UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> The Bravo Float and Chain in UDC 1, 2, and the diesel dispenser failed to stop the flow of product when tested to <br /> ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system.All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible <br /> and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The Bravo Float and Chain was <br /> cleaned, adjusted and retested during the inspection and had passing results. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Approximately 2 quarts of liquid was observed in the 87 product STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary <br /> containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician <br /> removed approximately 2 quarts of liquid from the 87 product STP sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces <br /> are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The monitoring system certification was conducted on 7/30/2019 and was not fully witnessed by EHD. Looked <br /> inside all sumps & UDCs, witnessed sensor functionality and verified spill container 5 gallon capacity.
