OCT 16 '03 15:08 FR COSTCO GASOLINE 425 427 7119 TO 9l?094683433 P.08i09
)ECS Fuel Filter Recycling Program BMP
Wrap -un & Completion
32. When you have cleaned all of the filters you should have one container of
gasoline and the container of FM 186 -FF working solution. The quantity
you will have may vary from the pictures below depending on the number of
filters changed.
33. Four the container of gasoline back into your under ground storage tank. It
is normal to have a small amount of FM 186 -FF working solution present in
the gasoline. This poses no problem, as it will drop to the bottom of the tank
with the water.
34. The cleaned four (4) inch filter should have one "Excluded, Recyclable
Material" label placed on the side and the nine (9) inch should have two
labels placed on the side. The important point is to control the number of
filters used per batch of FM 186 -FF solution to keep it strong.
35. The used FM 186 -FF working solution should be pumped into the reuse
container by depressing the valve without having a filter attached to the
adapter.
36. Two (2) sphagnum moss pads should be placed in the container. Each pad
has the ability to absorb 2.5 gallons of solution (5 gallons total). The pads
can soak up the 2.5 gallons of working solution easily and not be dripping
with excess liquid.
-7-
