Violation#202 Disposed of caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> On May 11, 2016 Republic Waste delivered a 40-yard container and all of the filter cake product that <br /> was on the ground was placed in this container. On May 25, 2016 Clean Harbor arrived and all of the <br /> filter cake product from the two Republic bins was transferred to the Clean Harbor Transportation bin. <br /> Attached are photo's identifying the areas has been cleaned up. <br /> Violation#204 Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> Clean up of the batch tank overflow was completed immediately following the inspection. All of the <br /> contaminated soil was placed in the Filter Cake Hazardous Waste Container.The storm drain lines to <br /> the on-site storm drain retention pond were hydro flushed. The waste was captured at the retention <br /> pond was placed into the hazardous waste bin with filter cake. The City now uses a rental bin for up 90 days of storage of hazardous waste (filter cake) at <br /> LAWTF.
