Contained in that letter I identified 3 violations the City was still in the <br /> process of completing. The following are the City's responses to the remaining violations: <br /> Violation#106 Failed to prepare and implement a contingency plan. <br /> Attached is the City's contingency plan. <br /> Violation#107 Contingency plan incomplete. <br /> At the time of your inspection the City did not have a contingency plan. Attached is the City's recently <br /> developed contingency plan. <br /> Violation#605 Failed to completely label container or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Attached are photos of each hazardous waste storage container,which are labeled with the words <br /> "hazardous waste". <br /> This concludes the City's response to all violations your provided during your inspection.
