The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Zuna Barker at (209 ) 953 -7311 to arrange the following appointments ( a 48 - hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments) . <br /> • Overfill prevention verification : Measurement of the drop tube to verify the 95 % <br /> tank volume shut off. Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and calculations are <br /> available for review at the time of inspection . <br /> • Verification that ball float(s ) , if installed , do not interfere with the installed flapper <br /> valve . <br /> • Spill bucket test : Verify minimum 5 - gallon capacity and pass a one- hour <br /> hydrostatic test ( or equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> • Corrosion protection : Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior <br /> to backfilling . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the tank prior to the EHD <br /> E <br /> nspection and approval . <br /> 4 . If concrete will be broken near the tank , a secondary containment test must be performed <br /> on the tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer' s guidelines . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , current <br /> contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br /> 1868 E .
