Enclosed below are the responses to the <br /> non-compliance issues and the certified form of correction that is signed by Jesus Jurado . We look <br /> forward to working with your office in the future to avoid such violations listed below as well as <br /> continuing to explore best industry practices . <br /> Violation 105 — the UDC - secondary containment monitoring was left blank <br /> — leak within secondary containment of UDC causes audible and visual alarm <br /> Was left blank on the CERS . Was corrected on site and a copy was placed in the facility binder . <br /> Violation 204 — a current monitoring plan was not available during the rutting inspection a copy <br /> was printed and place in the facility binder. <br /> Violation 316 — water was found in the 91 -product fill sump . Service station systems removed <br /> the water and place it in the hazardous waste drums . place an order to replace the gasket under <br /> sump lid . <br /> Violation 320 — overfill prevention testing has not been conducted . Service Station Systems was <br /> contacted to perform the testing and will notify EHD 48 hours prior to the testing . <br /> Food4Less provides an on going education with department managers on how to comply with all <br /> appropriate protocols and other industry regulations . The Store Director and Managers also provide on <br /> going training to employees to better understand new laws and compliance issues while working within <br /> these departments . Thank you again for helping to identify these above deficiencies .
