The plan check service request has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust (csigov . org for the following repairs and testing ( a 48 - hour <br /> notice is required ) . Please be aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled <br /> within five days of plan check service request approval . <br /> a . Visual inspection of the penetration fittings/piping within the dispensers for any leaks <br /> b . A twenty (24) hour pressure test of the under dispenser containment sumps ( UDCs ) at the <br /> manufacturer' s recommended specification . <br /> 4 . Secondary containment testing for the UDCs is required six months after installation . Provide <br /> 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be issued <br /> to the installation company) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual by the State <br /> Water Board , and <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service Technician <br /> certificate issued by the International Code Council ( ICC ) , and <br /> c . Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s ) of the <br /> component(s ) being tested , repaired , or serviced . <br /> 1868 E .
