Date: 03/17/2021 <br /> Manufacturer training: OPW, 11/04/20; INCON, 10/02/19 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site to witness secondary containment testing in the Diesel product, 87 product, 91 product submersible turbine pump <br /> (STP)sump, 87 product, 91 product, and diesel product fill sump, under dispenser containment(UDC) 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8. <br /> The service technician Brian Gan, ICC service technician expiration date of 3/17/21, INCON level 4 expiration date of 10/2/20 <br /> conducted a 24 hour hydrostatic equivalent testing using the INCON system with a leak rater of 0.002 for 15 minutes.Test <br /> passed. <br /> secondary containment testing was conducted on the vapor recovery, 87 product, 91 product and Diesel product secondary <br /> containment line. Please note that the vent line for all tanks were not tested for secondary containment during this inspection. <br /> Test passed. <br /> Overfill prevention equipment inspection was conducted on the 87 product, 91 product and diesel product <br /> tanks.Measurements of the 87 product overfill valve: <br /> Riser=27 inches <br /> upper tube length required at 95%=37.375 inches <br /> Actual upper tube length of 87=43.25 inches,the service technician determined that the overfill prevention <br /> equipment was below 95%. <br /> Measurements of the 91 product overfill valve: <br /> Riser=28.25 inches <br /> upper tube length required at 95%=39.125 inches <br /> Actual upper tube length of 91=44.5inches,the service technician determined that the overfill prevention <br /> equipment was below 95%. <br /> Measurements of the Diesel product overfill valve: <br /> Riser=34.5 inches <br /> upper tube length required at 95%=44.125 inches <br /> Actual upper tube length of Diesel =49.65 inches, the service technician determined that the overfill prevention <br /> equipment was below 95%. <br /> Be aware that secondary containment testing for the for the components tested during today's inspection is required six <br /> months after the the installation of the components.The secondary containment retest is due by December 2019. Provide 48 <br /> hour notification for the six month retest. <br /> This service request is not completed at this time.
