There must be at least one emergenc coordi ator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following inform tion m st be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire xtinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of th fire de artment, unless the facility has a direct alarm. The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar w th prop r waste handling and emergency procedures. Immediately provide training to all employees who handle hazardous waste and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD by January 7, 2012. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATE WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
