This is a minor violation. 104 CCR 2711 UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. UST Tank Information forms are not current in CERS. -The UDC primary material is incorrectly listed as fiberglass. The facility is using steel Bravo boxes. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -All three monitoring plans incorrectly list the leak detectors as VMI LD 2000. The 87 and 91 tanks are using VMI 99 LD-2000 leak detectors. The diesel tank is using VMI LD 3000 and FE Petro STP-MLD leak detectors. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 106 CCR 2632(d)(2), 2634(e) Failed to have an approved UST response plan. The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The response plan submitted includes outdated manager information. The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time. This is a minor violation.
