The project applicant shall submit proposed plans and operational <br /> procedures for the rinsate facility to the EHSD for approval, <br /> B. Upon EHSD approval, the project applicant shall provide the specified <br /> facility and equipment. <br /> C. Rinsate wastewater sampling, analysis and reporting shall be in <br /> accordance with the Project's revised Waste Discharge Requirements, <br /> and associated sampling and reporting program. Copies of submittals <br /> shall also be provided to the Planning Department and EHSD. <br /> Inspections and monitoring will be conducted by the EHSD and <br /> RWQCB as appropriate. <br /> Justification: The Project has the potential to impact hydrology and water quality during Project operations.
