Holloway Solid <br /> Waste Facility Map; (c)A Modification of Conditional Use Permit 9, Map 28 <br /> (originally approved October 24, 2013; Resolution 102-13), which allowed a <br /> Class III non-hazardous industrial waste landfill (Section 19.12.030.H); to amend <br /> project boundaries and conditions to allow for the relocation of required <br /> monitoring equipment and adjustment in facility closure date in an A(Exclusive <br /> Agriculture) District. This proposal does not include a request to increase the <br /> total disposal capacity or location of disposal pits to the previously approved <br /> project site <br /> 2.
