HOLLOWAY SURFACE MINE LANDFILL PROJECT <br /> KERN COUNTY <br /> attachments and that, based on my inquiry of those individuals <br /> immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe that <br /> the information is true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that <br /> there are significant penalties for submitting false information, <br /> including the possibility of fine and imprisonment." <br /> f. Section §6700 - §6799 and §7800 - §7887 of the California Code of <br /> Regulations (Business and Professions Code), requires that all <br /> technical reports (including self-monitoring reports where analytical <br /> work and evaluations are required) be prepared by a registered <br /> professional or subordinate employee under his or her direction. If <br /> the report is prepared by the subordinate employee then the <br /> registered professional is required to sign the report indicating his or <br /> her responsibility for the report. Self monitoring reports include an <br /> interpretation of analytical data and therefore require the signature of <br /> an appropriately registered professional in accordance with the <br /> §6700 - §6799 and/or §7800 - §7887 of the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Business & Professional Code. Technical reports <br /> submitted by the Discharger without the signature of an appropriately <br /> registered professional will be incomplete and shall be rejected. <br /> 6. The Discharger shall take all reasonable steps to minimize any adverse <br /> impact to the waters of the State resulting from noncompliance with this <br /> Order. Such steps shall include accelerated or additional monitoring as <br /> necessary to determine the nature, extent, and impact of the <br /> noncompliance. <br /> 7. The owner of the waste management facility shall have the continuing <br /> responsibility to assure protection of waters of the state from discharged <br /> wastes and from gases and leachate generated by discharged waste <br /> during the closure and post-closure maintenance period of the Unit(s) <br /> and during subsequent use of the property for other purposes. <br /> 8. If the Discharger or the Central Valley Water Board determines that the <br /> corrective action program is not adequate (i.e. does not satisfy the <br /> provisions of Section 20430 of Title 27), the Discharger shall, within 90 <br /> days of making the determination, or of receiving written notification from <br /> the Central Valley Water Board of such determination, submit an <br /> amended report of waste discharge (RWD) to make appropriate changes <br /> to the program. The amended RWD shall include the following: <br /> a. A discussion as to why existing corrective action measures have <br /> been ineffective or insufficient. <br />
