WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. R5-2010-0123 -22- <br /> H.M. HOLLOWAY, INC. <br /> H.M. HOLLOWAY SURFACE MINE LANDFILL PROJECT <br /> KERN COUNTY <br /> 12. The Discharger shall conduct an annual review of the financial <br /> assurance for initiating and completing corrective action, and submit a <br /> report for Executive Officer review and approval by 30 June of each <br /> year. The assurances of financial responsibility shall provide that funds <br /> for corrective action shall be available to the Central Valley Water Board <br /> upon the issuance of any order under California Water Code, Division 7, <br /> Chapter 5. The Discharger shall adjust the cost annually to account for <br /> inflation and any changes in facility design, construction, or operation. <br /> 13. The Discharger shall conduct an annual review of the financial <br /> assurance for closure and post-closure maintenance, and submit a <br /> report for Executive Officer review and approval by 30 June of each <br /> year. The assurances of financial responsibility shall provide that funds <br /> for closure and post-closure maintenance shall be available to the <br /> Central Valley Water Board upon the issuance of any order under <br /> California Water Code, Division 7, Chapter 5. The Discharger shall <br /> adjust the cost annually to account for inflation and any changes in <br /> facility design, construction, or operation. <br /> 14. The Discharger shall complete the tasks contained in these waste <br /> discharge requirements in accordance with the following time schedule: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> A. Construction Plans <br /> Submit construction and design plans for At Least 90 Days Prior to <br /> Executive Officer review and approval. Construction <br /> (see Construction Specification D.2) <br /> B. Water Quality Protection Standard <br /> Submit a Water Quality Protection 30 April 2011 <br /> Standard that meets the requirements of <br /> Section 20390 of Title 27. <br /> (see Detection Monitoring Specification <br /> EA) <br />
