Holloway Landfill SWIS#: 15-AA-0308; Facility #: FA0006542 <br /> Dear Mr. Terry: <br /> Kern County Public Health Services Department, Environmental Health Division, as the LEA for <br /> California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), has received and reviewed <br /> the 45-Day Owner or Operator Transfer Notice on April 14, 2017. The operator has acknowledged in the <br /> submitted 45-day Owner/Operator Change Notice to adhere to the following operational documents: <br /> • April 2016 Preliminary Closure/Post-Closure Maintenance Plan prepared by Palmetto Engineering <br /> and Land Surveying, Inc. <br /> • April 2016 Financial Assurance <br /> • March 2009 Operating Liability <br /> • April 2016 Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI) revised by Palmetto Engineering and Land <br /> Surveying, Inc. <br /> The LEA has approved the owner/operator change as of April 14, 2017 under the following conditions: <br /> 1. The operator shall update their RDSI during the next 5-year permit review, RDSI amendment, <br /> permit modification, or permit revision to reflect current owner/operator informational changes. <br /> 2. The operator shall notify Calrecycle's Financial Assurance Unit concerning the operator/owner <br /> changes to ensure that the current Financial Assurance and Operating Liability is sufficient. <br /> 3. The operator shall notify all other involved regulatory agencies concerning the operator/owner <br /> informational changes. <br /> 4.
