Barker: <br /> The intent of this letter is to respond to the item(s) you noted on your Inspection Report issued to the <br /> location referenced above dated 03/01 /2019 . <br /> Item 1 : On your inspection report you noted that the overfill protection survey was either not on site or <br /> had not been completed . Your requested that the overfill protection survey be located or completed and <br /> placed onsite . <br /> Resolution 1 : The flapper valve inspection for the 87 tank needs to be performed. We have dispatched a <br /> technician and they will be onsite 4/1 / 19 . A full overfill protection survey will be sent once the <br /> inspection has been completed . <br /> Item 2 : On your inspection report you noted that the response to the previous year' s inspection was not <br /> turned in within 30 days from the date of the inspection. You requested that all inspections be responded <br /> to within 30 days of receipt. <br /> Resolution 2 : In the past 7 -Eleven would communicate the status of repairs and other activities taking <br /> place in relation to inspection items noted which would be followed up by a more formal response once <br /> all of the items were corrected and documented. However, at the request of the San Joaquin County <br /> EHD, 7-Eleven will now work to submit a response to any and all agency inspections issues within 30 <br /> days of receipt, even if there are items still needing to be addressed (i . e. repairs requiring a permit), versus <br /> waiting for confirmation of closure of all issues . <br /> This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all issues <br /> regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time . The submittal of this response by 7- <br /> Eleven, Inc . shall not constitute, nor be deemed to constitute, an admission of liability or responsibility <br /> with respect to the alleged violations and may not be used in any administrative or judicial proceeding or <br /> otherwise . <br /> 7-Eleven, Inc. <br /> P.O.
