WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER R5-2013-0028 -32- <br /> DELICATO VINEYARDS, INC. <br /> DELICATO FAMILY VINEYARDS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> the Discharger shall complete sludge cleanout within 12 months after the date of <br /> the estimate. <br /> 15.Storage or composting of pomace and/or diatomaceous earth on areas not <br /> equipped with means to collect leachate and minimize storm water infiltration is <br /> prohibited. <br /> 16.Every five years beginning in 2018, the Discharger shall test the integrity of all <br /> pond liners and repair all significant leaks in accordance with an approved <br /> workplan pursuant to Provision H.1.i. <br /> 17.All irrigation systems are acceptable as long as treated wastewater applications <br /> are performed consistent with the requirements in this Order, allow even <br /> distribution, and prevent spills outside the LAAs. Reapplying tailwater to the <br /> LAAs or returning it to the wastewater aeration ponds is acceptable. <br /> C. Flow Limitations <br /> 1. Effective immediately, the combined discharge from winery sumps#1, #2, and <br /> #4 shall not exceed the following limits: <br /> Flow Measurement Flow Limit <br /> Total Annual Flow ' 56 MG <br /> Monthly Average Flow 2 0.27 MGD <br /> ' As determined by the total flow for the calendar year. <br /> 2 As determined by the total flow during the calendar month divided by the number of days in <br /> that month. <br /> 2. Effective on the date of Executive Officer approval of the report submitted <br /> pursuant to Provision H.1.c, the combined discharge from winery sumps#1, <br /> #2, and #4 to the aeration ponds shall not exceed the following limits. <br /> Flow Measurement Flow Limit <br /> Total Annual Flow72 MG <br /> Monthly Average Flow 2 0.33 MGD <br /> ' As determined by the total flow for the calendar year. <br /> 2 As determined by the total flow during the calendar month divided by the number of days in <br /> that month. <br />
