Testing has not been completed and is 3 months past due . Secondary containment testing is required at the time of installation and six months after installation and at least every 36 months after. Immediately schedule secondary containment testing for UDC 1 /2 , 3/4 , 5/6 , 718, 9110 , 87 product and 91 product . A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests .
