Hazardous Waste Documentation, continued <br /> Waste Manifest Records Retention <br /> You have now reviewed all of the items that should be completed on the manifest and LDR <br /> prior to allowing your waste technician to leave the store. <br /> Once the waste arrives at its final destination for proper disposal or recycling, the TSDF will <br /> sign Item 20 and return the final copy of the manifest to the store. It typically takes about 30 <br /> days to receive the final manifest in the mail. Your final manifest must be signed on lines <br /> 15, 17, and 20 to be complete. <br /> If the store does not receive a signed copy of the manifest in the mail within 35 days of <br /> shipment, you must call Stericycle at 1-800-815-3770. You must also alert your CVS Health <br /> EH&S Department by calling the CVS Environmental Hotline at 1-888-412-0287, so that <br /> additional documentation can be completed, if required. <br /> All copies of the manifest must be kept in your store EH&S Program Binder for at least 3 <br /> years.
