All <br /> store management colleagues are authorized to act as the local contact, and a member of store <br /> management iaalways present during store operation. <br /> 3E Company (3207 Greyhawk Court, Carlsbad, CA) has been retained by CVS's Environmental <br /> Department and authorized to act as the designated Emergency Coordinator at all CVS Store <br /> locations. 3E Company has the expertise and authority to decide when the procedures outlined <br /> in this Contingency Plan should be executed. If an emergency situation develops at the Store, <br /> such as a fire. the first Stora colleague(s) on the scene will immediately oo\| 911 and then notify <br /> the Store Manager and 3E Company.
