The changes <br /> can be found on pages 21 and 22 of the WDRs. All changes relate to the Financial Assurance <br /> requirements. Paragraphs 10 and 11 on page 21 have been revised and items B 1. and B2. on page 22 <br /> have been revised. No other changes are proposed at this time. A red-line strikethrough of just pages 21 <br /> and 22 has been attached and the final proposed version of the WDRs is attached. <br /> These revised WDRs will be presented to the Board for consideration on 14 June 2001.
