• Semi -Volatile Organics by EPA Method 8270 Please note that if the TTLC concentrations are exceeded or ten times the Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration (STLC) values are exceeded for any of the CAM 17 Metals, additional testing may be necessary to assess the material as per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR). Laboratory analytical results will be sent directly by Sequoia Analytical to PHS/EHD at the request of Robert McClellon. Task 3 s Reporting Upon completion of the field activities and receipt and review of the analytical results, a letter report of findings for the sampling will be prepared for client review. The report will include: • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols • Tabulated results of samples with copies of certified results • A graphical representation of sampling locations • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory work • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. This proposal and the attached cost estimate are based on the following assumptions and responsibilities: • Granite Construction will provide Kleinfelder with access to the site and stockpile area or the proposed sampling. • Kleinfelder is not responsible for the site safety of others. • Two copies of all documents will be delivered to the client. Additional copies can be provided for a fee of $50 per copy. • The cover letter is an integral part of this proposal. • This proposal will be adequate to obtain authorization from Granite Construction. If an additional work plan is necessary, additional charge for work plan preparation will be incurred. • Kleinfelder assumes the work can be conducted in a single day.
