P n c -r ry <br />FoodservicetFood Packaging <br />In the metal shop: Two parts washers containing used paper oil filters were observed without a <br />hazardous waste label. <br />Pactiv Response: See Response for 601 above. The parts washers have been decommissioned <br />as well. <br />E. <br />Failed to properly mange used oil and fuel filters. <br />Pactiv Response: <br />Used oil filters from forklift maintenance activity will be properly drained to assure that no <br />free-flowing oil is present and the filters, if not reused, and will be managed through the ink <br />& oily solids waste stream (which is managed as a California hazardous waste) as other oil <br />filters in the facility are. <br />Pactiv is committed to continued compliance with all applicable waste regulations.
