That is enough to close out that violation. Violation 102 and 605 have been closed.
John
From: Lora lie.MacAsinag@Ferguson.com [mailto: Lora lie.MacAsinag@Ferguson.com]
Sent: Friday, December 7, 2018 12:58 PM
To: John Alaniz [EH] <jalanizl@sicehd.com>
Subject: RE: October 30, 2017 Inspection Report Return to Compliance 2 of 2
John,
Return to Compliance - Violation 102:
The "Coolant" in the manifest are the anti -freeze that is either non-stock/not sellable. We do not have any use for them
and our only option is to dispose them properly.
All our used/unused anti -freeze are placed and kept in a Large container marked and categorized as Hazardous Waste
until it is ready for disposal. We will make sure that additional detailed information is added onto the manifest from the
transporting vendor (Clean Harbors) for future clarity of the waste being disposed.
Please let me know if this will clear this violation.
Thank you.
Loralie Macasinag
DC Training Associate IV
DCs 321, PY5479 & PY 5402
Ferguson Enterprises Inc.
530 Port of Stockton Expressway, Stockton CA 95203
T: (209) 943-8387 . MacAsinag@Ferguson.com>
Subject: [EXT] RE: October 30, 2017 Inspection Report Return to Compliance 2 of 2
Loralie,
A lot of these products are national and have to deal with a lot of different regulations. Instead of having one specific to
each state, they make a general one. California has a lot of requirements not found in the other states. As a results, the
SDSs are often incomplete. Antifreeze (not used) is probably going to be nonhazardous waste, but I cannot make that
determination.
John
From: Loralie.MacAsinag@Ferguson.com [mailto:Loralie.MacAsinag@Ferguson.com]
Sent: Friday, December 7, 2018 11:07 AM
To: John Alaniz [EH] <jalanizl@sicehd.com>
Subject: RE: October 30, 2017 Inspection Report Return to Compliance 2 of 2
