Time In: 10:40 am <br /> Time Out: 11:00 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: BURGER KING#004886 Date: 09/28/2020 <br /> Address: 4571 N PERSHING AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: GAI MANAGEMENT Telephone: (209)474-8007 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052658 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH GAVE THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM THEIR <br /> ORDER. THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM WENT THROUGH THE BAG AND GAVE IT BACK TO EMPLOYEE.THE <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEE THEN TRIED TO GIVE THEM THE BAG THAT THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT <br /> OF THEM WENT THROUGH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that they are required to remake an order when a <br /> customer is given and touches an order that does not belong to them.
