Lodi Chrome <br />hazardous waste spilled from plating baths and rinse tanks have not been <br />removed. Lodi Chrome has violated California Code of Regulations, title <br />22, section 66265.31 in that numerous spills were observed throughout <br />the plating shop. This violation is being cited as a Class I violation in <br />section V of the inspection report. <br />VII. SAMPLING ACTIVITIES <br />Ten samples were collected during the inspection on January 18, 2007. See <br />Attachment C. <br />VIII. CONCLUSIONS/DISCUSSIONS WITH OPERATOR <br />Mr. Mason's letter, dated February 19, 2007 indicates that Lodi Chrome has contacted <br />PCS to pick-up the copper cyanide bath. <br />Inspection Rep <br />On February 19, 2007, the Department called the Douglas and Susan Larsson who are <br />the property owners of the 316 North Main Street. The Department informed Douglas <br />and Susan Larsson that the property has hazardous waste remaining on site even after <br />Lodi Chrome shut down their operations. <br />IX.
