The Department of Toxic Substances Control (Department) and the Larsson <br />Family Trust, dated May 23, 1996, (Respondent) enter into this Corrective Action <br />Consent Agreement (Consent Agreement) and agree as follows. <br />1.1. (a) Jurisdiction exists pursuant to Health and Safety Code, section 25187, <br />which authorizes the Department to issue an order to require corrective action when the <br />Department determines that there is or may be a release of hazardous waste or <br />hazardous waste constituents into the environment from a hazardous waste facility. <br />(b) Health and Safety Code, section 25359.5, authorizes the Department to <br />issue an order to fence and/or post a site where a release of hazardous substance <br />poses a public health risk. <br />LODI CHROME Docket SRPD RPDD06/07SCC-4378 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION CONSENT AGREEMENT <br />1 <br />
