2.2 Data Quality Objectives <br />Provide data quality objectives that identify what data are needed and the <br />intended use of the data. <br />3. Project Management <br />Describe how the investigation will be managed, including the following <br />information: <br />o Organization chart showing key personnel, levels of authority and lines of <br />communication; <br />o Project Schedule; and <br />o Estimated Project Budget. <br />Identify the individuals or positions who are responsible for: project management, <br />field activities, laboratory analysis, database management, overall quality <br />assurance, data validation, etc. Include a description of qualifications for <br />personnel performing or directing the facility investigation, including contractor <br />personnel. <br />4. Facility Background <br />Summarize existing contamination (e.g., contaminants, concentrations, etc.), <br />local hydrogeologic setting and any other areas of concern at the facility. Include <br />a map showing the general geographic location of the facility and a more detailed <br />facility map showing the areas of contamination. Provide a reference to the <br />Current Conditions Report and/or other applicable documents as a source of <br />additional information. <br />5. Field Investigation <br />5.1 Task Description <br />Provide a qualitative description of each investigation task.
