ATTACHMENT H <br />SCOPE OF WORK FOR PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Progress reports shall, at a minimum, include: <br />All actions taken during the reporting period to achieve compliance with the <br />Order; <br />2. A summary of any findings made during the reporting period; <br />3. All problems or potential problems encountered during the reporting period (also <br />discuss problem solutions); <br />4. All projected work for the next reporting period as well as anticipated problems <br />and avoidance measures,- <br />5. <br />easures; <br />5. A discussion of any changes in personnel that occurred during the reporting <br />period,- <br />6. <br />eriod; <br />6. Summaries of all contacts with representatives of the press local community or <br />public interest groups; and <br />7. If requested by the Department, the results of any sampling, tests or other data <br />generated during the Facility Investigation. <br />
