The Report was submitted by GeoRestoration, Inc. as part of the Corrective Action 'Consent Agreement Docket Number SRPD RPDD06/07SCC-4378. The impacted soil at the Site was excavated and a verification sampling indicated that the levels are within or below the California Human Health Screening Levels (CHHSLs) for cadmium 1.7 mg/kg and nickel'1600 mglkg. DTSC concurs with the Report finding that the metals concentration levels left in soil do not pose an unacceptable threat to human health and the environment. Therefore, DTSC is hereby approving a No Further Action for the Site. The approvaii is based on the assumption'that the information submitted in the Report as well as any other information provided to DTSC and used as the basis for the decision is true and accurate and that inaccuracies in such information may be a basis for subsequent nullification of this approval, Based on the Report, DTSC has determined that the Larson Family Trust dated May 23, 1996 (Respondent) has performed all the corrective action activities pursuant to the agreement and that a No,Further Action is warranted at the facility.
