Since it cannot be determined how long the <br /> hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br /> under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days or poof that the waste has not been on site <br /> longer than 180 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One blue and one green 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil were observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -Two black 55 gallon steel drums containing used oil were observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> following: the hazardous properties, the physical properties,the accumulation start date,the words"hazardous <br /> waste,"and the name and address of the generator. <br /> -One black and one green 55 gallon steel drum containing used antifreeze were observed with a hazardous waste <br /> label missing the following: the hazardous properties, the physical properties,the accumulation start date,the <br /> words"hazardous waste,"and the name and address of the generator. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by October 14,2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
