It is our understanding that the facility was inspected by the San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). The county determined that the site
contingency plan required an update. As part of the update, Lustre-Cal was required to obtain
a written tank assessment of the waste water treatment units at the facility. The county has
also required an assessment of the secondary containment for the waste water treatment unit,
as well as for the three hazardous waste storage tanks. This report addresses those
requirements and assessments, and has be reviewed and certified by independent, qualified,
professional engineers, registered in California in general compliance with the standards listed
in California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22, 66265.192. The tanks and containments
systems appear to be in good working order without any apparent signs which would may affect
their structural integrity.
In total, the following tasks have been performed for each of the two (2) onsite waste water
capture/holding tanks and their secondary containment, and three (3) hazardous waste storage
tank assessments:
■ Tank Construction Assessment
■ Piping and Ancillary Equipment Inspection
■ Material Storage Assessment
■ Visual Inspection of Tanks and Surrounding Equipment
■ Seismic Calculations
Limitations
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed
in accordance with generally accepted principles and practices for the area.
